Where is the event being held?
The event is being held exclusively at Rainforest Car Wash's Medina location.

Can I get a refund?
Tickets are non-refundable.

Do I have to buy a ticket for each person in the car?
Nope! One ticket per car.

Can I use my ticket for multiple days?
No, tickets are one-time use. 

Can I just show up?
Yes, but please expect long lines as this is a popular event. 

What if I am a member?
Members get in free and do not need to purchase a ticket!

Do I need to reserve a time?
No, ticket sales are on-site and first-come, first served.

Will the line be cut off at 9pm? 
We will try to clear our lines as long as the city will allow us to!

When can I start lining up? 
Typically our line starts 30 minutes before open.

Is this a kid friendly event?  
We consider this a kid-friendly event as there is no violence or extreme gore. However, there are jump-scares and scary costumes. Kids of all-ages have attended and enjoyed this event, but it is not for everyone. Parents are encouraged to use their own discretion.
